- Introduce for the first time in Elobied teaching hospital , kordofan state the B Lynch suture for the treatment of atonic postpartum haemorrhage , 2009.- Introduction for the first time in Elobied teaching hospital , kordofan state the operation of Sacrohysteropexy for the treatment of third degree uterine prolapsed in young patients at the reproductive age , 2009.- Introduction for the first time in Elobied teaching hospital , kordofan state the operation of uterine ventrosuspension for the treatment of uterine retroversion , 2009.

Laparoscopic experiences

- Introduce and establish for the first time in north kordofan state an advanced Laparoscopic gynaecological services in both Addalah hospital and Elobied teaching hospital and perform for the first time in north kordofan state an operative laparoscopic gynaecological procedures such as total laparoscopic hysterectomy, assisted vaginal hysterectomy, oopherectomy, ovarian cystectomy, ovarian drilling, salpingectomy , ectopic pregnancy, tubal ligation, uterine ventrosuspension, besides diagnostic laparoscopy and dye test for tubal patency. From 2008 up to date.- A lot of registrars and consultants were trained in both centers.- Two laparoscopy workshops were held in Addalah Hospital.
